WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Door handles will be sprayed with anti-bacterial spray throughout the day

The bathrooms will be cleaned and sprayed with anti-bacterial spray throughout the day

The reception area will be sprayed with anti-bacterial spray throughout the day

After each payment the card machine will also be sprayed with anti-bacterial spray after each use

Staff will wash their hands thoroughly in between clients

All equipment will be sterilised after each client

Glasses, cutlery, cups and saucers will go through the dishwasher after each and every use and will not be hand washed

Each treatment room will be sprayed with anti-bacterial spray after each client As always at the end of each day we have the centre thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in preparation for the following day

WE REQUEST THE FOLLOWING FROM OUR CLIENTS AND VISITORS

 

We ask all clients to wash their hands upon arrival. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your appointment time to allow you to do this without lessening your treatment time

If you are feeling unwell, to cancel your appointment and we will put a reminder in our diary to reschedule for a later date•

All clients must be freshly bathed or showered in advance of their appointment, to make you feel comfortable, and for consideration for your therapist and other visitors

No children are permitted on the premises for any reason

No food is permitted in the treatment spaces

During services, we require your full, undivided attention. Please plan to be an active participant for the duration of your service, including turning off your phone

Our staff and therapists have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service

We require a 50% booking fee to schedule your appointment that we apply toward the service price on the day of the appointment, and a 24-hour cancellation notice to apply your booking fee to another future date

You will forfeit your booking fee if you do not call to cancel or miss your appointment. You are welcome to rebook after a missed appointment, but you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the missed appointment together with the standard 50% booking fee on the new appointment
